Rock of Ages

When selecting your wedding day music, what is important to you, do you want to keep it fun, light hearted or do you prefer more traditional approach? Last November, one of our Brides’ Brandee, introduced me to, Vitamin String Quartet, who covers rock and pop songs with their masterful arranging talents, with them, you can have it all!

The Vitamin String Quartet is a group of Los Angeles musicians widely known for its series of tribute albums to rock and pop acts performed by a string quartet. Their albums honor a wide variety of genres not limited to pop and rock, including techno, country, and rap, and a wide variety of groups, such as Coldplay, Adele, Lady Gaga, Radiohead, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Paramore, Muse, Linkin Park, Avenged Sevenfold and many more.

Here are a few of my favorites you could use on your wedding day:

“All you need is love” or “Something”, Beatles, this has been popular with 3 of our Brides this year.

or you could go a little more modern with Coldplay’s “Clocks” or “Paradise” which I think will be be replacing the Bridal march for years to come.

maybe you feel like something a little more traditional? How about this version of Etta James’, “At Last” or Elton John’s “Love Song”, you can bet they have those too! Really, there is little they haven’t done from goth to gangster rap, take a gander at their webpage, listen to a few songs and maybe, just maybe you will find just what you are looking for!
