We are a boutique team and limit the number of weddings we do each week, month and year. We are not a wedding factory, we work hard to develop original ideas with a team of professionals to create a truly one of a kind experience for you, your family and friends.

I am a little bit country and a little bit rock n' roll and love to travel, attend baseball games, happy hour, yoga, and most importantly doing all of this with my Main Dudes. A native Arizonan, though professionally I ventured out and lived in Huntington Beach, California and New York City where I fostered my career working in events with Disney/ESPN. In 2007, I launched Sterling, as an opportunity to assist Brides, Executives, and Non-Profits in creating beautiful events flawlessly. Here, I am given the chance to utilize my creativity, knowledge, and experience to create amazing events.
With over 18 years in event planning experience with Weddings, Corporate Events, Nonprofit Events, Fashion Shows, Family Celebrations, Business Launch Parties, and Social events: my passion is truly creating events as individual as my clients.
I am also grateful for the opportunity to speak and consult with other small businesses and industry professionals about starting a business, branding, sales and business development to support their goals.

Community Arts, Recreation and Education Foundation
A portion of every event is donated to aid local organizations that offer under privileged children the opportunity to take part in local Art, Sports & Recreation and tutoring programs.
At Sterling, we are firm believers that every child deserves the opportunity to better their future by taking part in extra curricular and mentoring opportunities. The opportunities will help enrich their social and educational development along with aiding them to maximize their potential and develop an understanding of community involvement. It is proven that children who are exposed to the arts, sports and educational assistance are more likely to graduate high school, continue through college and become contributing members of society.
Currently, without starting our own 501 (c) 3 (though that is the plan someday) we support various organizations around the Valley who offer program services to hundreds of children daily.
I also believe that community service is so important and volunteer weekly at Banner Desert Cardon's Children's Hospital in the NICU and PICU, putting in 200 hours in 2018! There on a great day I get to love on the kiddos who need it the most when they need it the most.

Fun Facts about Care:
I love celebrating people, whether its a wedding, a business milestone or family event; everyone who joins is part of the celebration of love, success, or family. I get invited to play a role in their lives, in its happiest moments. It's hard work but it fills my cup at the end of the day.
I am a horrible joke teller, just terrible, I should be ashamed but can't help but try.
I used to joke that I got into Event Planning because every event included cake, although, it is a cruel twist of fate that I cannot eat it.
I absolutely love to cook, it's one of my favorite parts of my day.
I am a certified yoga teacher.
I've been in a Disneyland Parade, which was not nearly as easy as it looks.
