We handle the troubleshooting and the heavy lifting, so your loved ones can focus on getting ready, greeting guess, the wedding or event start while we handle the logistics.

Consider this your Day of Coordinator "Lite" package, it offers you the opportunity to enjoy your day without the stress of having to oversee or have your friends and family be the worker bees.
 
This package offers the ability to have an Assistant to help oversee and troubleshoot set up, coordinate vendors and event flow with the added benefit of on-site support.
 
"Day Of" Assistants Includes:

• 1 Assistant Coordinator for up to 6 hours 

• Vendor Management: contract and detail review, set up/strike timeline and communication with each vendor to effectively, orchestrate set up for ceremony and reception or event as well as make sure set up is timely and complete.​

• Ceremony Rehearsal

• Set-up of any personal items like programs, menus, table numbers, place cards, favors, etc.

• Details Meetings: 6, 4, and 2 weeks prior to your event day to compile details, create set/strike time line and learn your vision of the day and important details.
