Vendor Management: contract review, timeline development and communication with each vendor to effectively, orchestrate ceremony and reception as well as make sure set up is timely and complete. General Set-up of any personal items like programs, menus, table numbers, place cards, favors, etc.

3- Details Meetings (6 Weeks, 3 weeks and 2 weeks) prior to wedding day to compile details, create our detailed time line and learn your vision of the day and important details.
