Simply pick up from our Phoenix area location, set up at your venue (it's easy — we promise!), and return when you're done. Ideal for couples hosting in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Chandler, Sedona, and across the Valley.

Selfie Station DIY Photo Booth Rental — Phoenix Custom DIY Photo Booth Rental
SELFIE DIY POLICY: All rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. A 3-day inspection period applies from the date of return. Any damage, missing components, or excessive wear beyond normal use will be assessed and the renter will be invoiced for repair or replacement costs. Damage replacement fees are based on the actual cost of repair or replacement of the damaged or missing item. No traditional returns or refunds are available after the rental has been picked up for an event.
Pickup and return are handled by the customer at our Chandler location by appointment only. Rental period is a 36-hour window (pick up day before or day-of, return the next day). A credit card on file is required as a security deposit. A simple setup guide will be provided with the equipment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled rental date will receive a 75% refund of the total rental cost. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled rental date are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to care@sterlingweddingsandevents.com.
Sterling Weddings & Events reserves the right to cancel any rental due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
DELIVERY, SET UP & STRIKE POLICY: Delivery, setup, and strike is available at variable rates — please inquire for a quote. For Full-Service Rentals (Delivery + Setup):
Our team will arrive at the agreed-upon time window to set up the Photobooth, including backdrop if ordered.
Strike (teardown and pickup) will occur at the end of the rental period as scheduled.
VENUE & VENDOR REQUIREMENTS : The renter is responsible for ensuring the Selfie Station setup complies with all venue rules, regulations, and restrictions. This includes but is not limited to: placement locations, power outlet access, noise restrictions, setup/ teardown time windows, and any vendor access fees required by the venue. The renter must obtain any necessary approvals from their venue prior to the event date. Sterling Weddings & Events is not responsible for any venue-imposed fees, fines, or restrictions that affect the rental or setup. If using our delivery team, the renter must provide clear loading access and parking arrangements.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Final payment is due 2 weeks before pickup or delivery. All rental items remain the property of Sterling Weddings & Events. Sterling Weddings & Events is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or misuse of the rental equipment. Pricing does not include applicable sales tax or delivery fees if needed.
