When planning your ceremony and reception timeline, have your Planner, photographer, and DJ in the room. All will have preferences and suggestions and they will need to be on the same page. By having a conference call, Skype, BrideLive or meeting with both you will not have to worry about filling out multiple timelines or back and forth with changes to accommodate each professional’s requests.
